1.5 hour Novice Riders Trail

Service Description

This trail is for the semi-experienced rider who would love the chance to try some trotting, climb bigger hills, cross creeks and possibly try a short canter. Ages 12+ We deem novice riders as someone who has had at least 20 instructional lessons with a professional in the last 3 years. Duration approx. 1.5rs in the saddle $155 per rider (plus $3 online booking fee) $5 helmet fee if you do not have your own (all helmets must comply with EA standards and will be inspected prior to mounting).

Cancellation Policy

GATE CODE - 7999. Please arrive no less than 30 mins before your session time in order to complete the safety briefing, it is essential that all participants take part in the safety briefing in order to participate in the scheduled session. This briefing will provide you essential information with regard to the how the session will run, and how to ride your horse safely. Participants must arrive no less than 30 mins before the ride in order to take part in the ride. Late comers will be asked to reschedule as the coach will not be able to wait for people who have been unable to arrive as per the schedule and sadly will result in a non-attendance for the rider. Please be on time in order to avoid disappointment and to be able to enjoy a relaxed and informative start to your ride. We ride in all weather conditions except the following; - Days over 38*, all rides after 11am will be cancelled and rescheduled, or refunded. - Extreme storm conditions including hail, lightening and thunder. We will make our best effort to notify you of such conditions as soon as possible and all sessions will be rescheduled, or refunded. If you need to cancel for your own reasons please be aware that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Lessons: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time are entitled to 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time are subject to a $50 fee (per person). Failure to attend will incur a $60 fee (per person). Trail rides: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the trail ride start time are entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trail ride start time will incur a 50% fee (per person). Failure to attend will incur a 100% fee (per person). Cancellations or reschedules can be made via phone call or text to 0425 861 169. If there is no answer, a voicemail must be left to ensure cancellation time is recorded. Rider changes are permitted for lessons and trail rides provided the substitute rider is of similar height (+/- 20cm), weight (+/-10kg) and riding level. Management MUST be informed at least 2 hour prior, so we can make sure we have a suitable horse. We will always attempt to resolve any scheduling or cancellation issues as best we can, so please be sure to contact us with any concerns so we can assist you as soon as possible.
