Cancelation Policy

GATE CODE - 7999. We ride horses in rain, hail or shine so we will always honour your booking. However, we understand that sometimes life throws you lemons, flat tyres, flus and rain drops so we have a cancellation policy in place to respect everyone's time. Lessons: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time are entitled to 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time are subject to a $50 fee (per person). Failure to attend will incur a $60 fee (per person). Trail rides: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the trail ride start time are entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trail ride start time will incur a 50% fee (per person). Failure to attend will incur a 100% fee (per person). Timing of cancellations is strict (to the minute)! Cancellations or reschedules can be made via phone call or text to 0425 861 169. If there is no answer, a voicemail must be left to ensure cancellation time is recorded. Cancellations or reschedules by email are NOT accepted. Bottom lines: If you're feeling unwell 2 days before your ride, reschedule then, don't wait til the morning of when you feel really horrible! If you don't like rain clouds and there's lots of pictures of them on Channel 10, reschedule sooner rather than later! Consider the circumstances if you'd bought tickets to your favourite musicians concert and apply them here. Rider changes are permitted for lessons and trail rides provided the substitute rider is of similar height (+/- 20cm), weight (+/-10kg) and riding level. Management MUST be informed at least 2 hour prior, so we can make sure we have a suitable horse. In cases of extreme hot Aussie weather we will reschedule as necessary. We will always endevour to provide you with 24 hours notice but please remember that caring for our furry beasts is our number one priority so we can not always guarantee this, but we will always do our best.
